I <br />~ To understand and promptly respond to your energy needs and service requirements, First Choice <br />1 Power has assigned an account manager for you. <br />1 While some of our competitors have reduced services to cut costs, we believe that your energy <br />purchasing decisions could be more difficult now that electric deregulation is taking place. With these <br />r, changes in the marketplace, we believe your company wiil want and need more individual attention. <br />1 First Choice Power stands ready to provide it. <br />^ <br />~ Your account manager will provide complete assistance on your behalf. This manager wiil keep your <br />you informed of all relevant energy updates and is empowered to resolve any issues. <br />~ <br />In addition to day-to-day management of your account, your account manager will conduct a <br />e~ comprehensive quarterly review of your account to make certain that your energy needs are being met. <br />~ This analysis will include a review of your contract, electricity bills, and energy consumption data. <br />~ Please see the list of CAPP account managers in the back of this section. <br />I~ Reliable electricity is also an integral part of your overall energy needs. As outlined in legislation that <br />provides customer choice in Texas (Senate Bill 7), transmission and distribution (T&D) companies are <br />responsible for the delivery of power to industrial, commercial and residential customers. The T&D <br />' companies should be notified in the event of electricity service interruptions, but you may contact First <br />Choice Power as well. The emergency phone numbers of both First Choice Power and the T&D <br />~ companies are printed at the bottom of each monthly statement. You will also find contact information in <br />the last section of this booklet called YOUR REQUESTS. <br />You may contact your account manager at anytime (day or night, 24-hours a day, seven days a week) <br />~ in the event of a service outage.
