Section 1. The findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in <br />all things approved. <br />Section 2. The City of Paris has complied with the requirements of the Public <br />Funds Investment Act. <br />Section 3. The Investment Policy of the City of Paris, as amended, be and the <br />same is hereby approved and adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein for all purposes. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 14th day of January, 2013. <br />A.J.
