Paula McFadden, 875 Pine Valley, Reno, Texas, and Millie McDonald, <br />2355 Bonham Street, Paris, Texas, representing Keep Paris Beautiful <br />and the Code Enforcement Division of the City of Paris promoting the <br />"Don't Mess With Texas Trash-Off" to be held in Paris on April 6, 2002, <br />and encouraging public participation in all areas of the city of Paris and <br />Lamar County. <br />
