Vilet Street <br />Milwaukee, WI 53208 <br />414-933-4319 <br />www.ibmilw.com <br />Any expenditure in excess of $1,000, for other than <br />equipment, furniture or other capital assets and excluding <br />those made from the authorized G.R.E.A.T. vendors above, must <br />be pre-approved, in writing, by the GTR. In addition, any <br />expenditures for guest speakers, training, (other than <br />G.R.E.A.T. Officer training), or ceremonies must be pre- <br />approved in writing with the GTR. <br />Any expenditure in excess of $5,000 made from the G.R.E.A.T. <br />vendors above, must be pre-approved, in writing, by the GTR. <br />(b) Reimbursements will be made only when a completed <br />SF-270, Request for Advance or Reimbursement form, <br />attachment I, is provided by the Local Government in <br />accordance with the terms of this agreement. <br />(2) It is the responsibility of the GTR or designee to <br />monitor the project status, to review and certify interim <br />and final payment requests submitted by the LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENT and; to ensure that the funding limitations in <br />paragraphs 4.A.5, 4.A.6, 4.B.1.A and 4.B.1.D have not <br />been exceeded. <br />C. THIRD/FOURTH GRADE SCHOOL-BASED EDUCATION PROGRAM <br />In addition to the G.R.E.A.T. middle/junior high school <br />component, the LOCAL GOVERNMENT may elect to teach a <br />third/fourth grade G.R.E.A.T. component. <br />The LOCAL GOVERNMENT shall arrange with local area <br />elementary schools, to schedule four one-period sessions <br />to instruct third and fourth grade students on the <br />dangers of gangs, in accordance with the G.R.E.A.T. <br />Program lesson plans.
