This included <br />evaluoting the progress of the system's development in relation to the plan for the development process being used ond <br />~ manogement of the projed. The evaluation concluded that o nan-standord development process wos being used, and that <br />~ the work was nat praperly monitored. Also, the other consultanYs project manager was not using a detailed work plan to <br />monitor either the client tnsks or the consultant tasks to perform the projed. The evaluation projed team concluded that the <br />~ custom system development projed could not succeed ond that the work dane to date would not be useful and should be <br />abandoned. <br />~ <br />~ • Fixed Asset Study for the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, Miami, fL; Financial Analysis.
