Contract No. SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 1 CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CONTRACT THE STATE OF TEXAS § THE COUNTY OF LAMAR § THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between the City ofParis, hereinafter called the City, and Hansen & Associates, Inc., hereinafter called the Construction Manager, and becomes effective when fully executed by both parties. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, the City and the Conshuction Manager executed a contract on the 6th day of May, 1999, to effectuate their agreement to authorize the Consh-uction Manager to provide consh-uction management services on the Paris Santa Fe-Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Proj ect as required by the City; and, WHEREAS, the contract specifies that the contract completion date is the date of the completion of the project, unless the contract is otherwise terminated or modified; and, WHEREAS, the contract establishes the maximum amount payable under the contract as an amount not to exceed $50,000.00; and, WHEREAS, it has become necessary and desirable to amend the contract AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, premises considered, the City and the Consh-uction Manager do agree that the contract is amended as follows: L The services to be provided by the Construction Manager, are amended to add the following activities and costs: To amend the original contract amountto include additional construction management services for the balance of time it will take to complete the Paris Santa Fe-Frisco Railroad Depot Rehabilitation Project. IL The maximum amount payable under this contract is increased from $50,000.00 to $88,178.00. IIL The contract period shall run until the project is complete.
