Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />F. 1401 Graham St., Lot 23, Block 191, City of Paris <br />Owner: Sammy D& Bobbie Murray, 1415 Graham St. Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley spoke with the owners. The property was gift deeded to them. He <br />talked to Mrs. Bobbie Murray and she agrees that the structure needs to be <br />demolished. They will come and set up a payment plan and sign the necessary <br />papers for the City to demolish the structure. <br />Robert Talley showed pictures of deterioration, missing windows, holes in the <br />house and roof. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Zac Saffle, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow Robert <br />Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the property in <br />30 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a$1000 per day <br />civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />G. 2630 Pine Bluff, Lot 13, Block 255-A, City of Paris <br />Owner: Chad & Debra Brown, 6638 S Cicero Ave. Residence Inn Marriott Room <br />#325 Bedford, IL 60638 <br />Robert Talley spoke with Debra Brown and she asked for more time. She stated <br />that she has a buyer. Vicky Ballard stated that this is the second time this structure <br />has come to BSC. <br />Robert Talley stated the properties siding is deteriorating, the ridge line doesn't <br />look right, siding is gone, inside is leaking and tiles are falling off the ceiling, and <br />the property is unsecure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 60 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Ryan Lassiter, seconded by Johnny Norris to follow <br />Robert Talley's recommendation for the property owner to demolish the <br />property in 60 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a <br />$1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Motion carried unanimously. 6-0 <br />H. 1405 E Houston, Lot 7, Block 33-A, City of Paris <br />Owner: Robert L. & Carolyn S. Deal, 27 21St St. SE Paris, TX 75460-6115 <br />$1812.27 taxes owed on property. <br />Robert Talley has had no contact with the owner and the certified letter came back <br />un-opened. <br />Robert Talley stated that the structure is unsecure, doors are gone, plumbing has <br />been stripped, holes in the floor, and deterioration. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right <br />to demolish and apply a$1000 per day civil penalty. <br />
