Item No. 9 <br />menzo�andum <br />TO: Planning and Zoning Commission <br />John Godwin, City Manager <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P.E. <br />Director of Engineering, Planning & Development <br />SUBJECT: CEFCO #1098 ADDITION 222-B FINAL PLAT <br />DATE: February 5, 2013 <br />BACKGROUND: The Food Fast Corporation is proposing to demolish the existing building <br />located at 2685 Lamar Ave. They are purchasing the two adjoining lots to the existing property. <br />This plat proposes to unite the three lots into one. The lots are all zoned Commercial (C). I have <br />reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. The final plat complies with the City of <br />Paris subdivision regulations. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve the final <br />plat by a vote of 4-0 on February 4, 2013. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The Food Fast Corp. is proposing to construct a 5,000 square foot store <br />with a large fuel island and canopy. The infrastructure needed to support a convenience store <br />with gas sales already exist. <br />BUDGET: N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve the final plat of CEFCO #1098 Addition 222-B. <br />
