Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />March 5, 2002 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />This item remained tabled. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of John House for a change in <br />zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) to a Two- <br />Family Dwelling District (2F), Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Eastside Addition, <br />being numbers 44 and 104 21st SE. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />John House spoke ~n favor of the petition stating that he wants to tear <br />down the old house there and build a new duplex on one lot. He will <br />later tear down the old house on the other lot also, and build a new <br />duplex on it. Mr. House stated that he owns property to, Ihe south and <br />across the street. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of John House for a change <br />in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) to a Two- <br />Family Dwelling District (2F), Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Eastside Addition, <br />being numbers 44 and 104 21st SE. ~' <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Marshall Kent and seconded by Curtis <br />Fendley. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of Robert and Melissia Giberson <br />for a change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF-3) With Specific Use Permit <br />(39) Mobile Home, Lot 39, City Block 83, being number 956 West <br />Cherry. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br /> <br />
