Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things
<br />approved.
<br />Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No.
<br />1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a ONE-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39)
<br />MANUFACTURED HOME be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 9, BLOCK 1, FEW
<br />ADDITION, on property belonging to ANDREW KRAYNIAK, AGENT FOR SHEILA SAMIS,
<br />OWNER, so as to include in such ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3) WITH
<br />SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MANUFACTURED HOME the hereinafter described property,
<br />which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.
<br />3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of said ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3(SF-3)
<br />WITH SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (39) MANUFACTURED HOME be, and the same are hereby,
<br />established as follows:
<br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City ofParis, County of Lamar,
<br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, and known as Lot No.
<br />9 in the Clement Few Addition to the city of Paris, Texas, according to the Plat of
<br />said Addition of record in Book 1, Page 8, Lamar County Plat Records, and being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a stake 20 feet west of the most eastern northeast corner of
<br />a 6 1/4 acre tract sold by Gatewood to Clement Few by deed dated April 19, 1942,
<br />and recorded in Volume 263, Page 407, Lamar County Deed Records;
<br />THENCE North 87 1/2 Deg. West a distance of 220 feet to a fence corner,
<br />same being a distance of 370 feet south of the intersection of the east boundary line
<br />of 18th StreetN. W. (formerly designated as Few Street), with the south boundary line
<br />of Garretts Ferry Road;
<br />THENCE South a distance of 103 feet to a stake;
<br />THENCE East a distance of 220 feet to a stake;
<br />THENCE North a distance of 99 feet to the place of beginning, and being the
<br />same property described in deed from Ola Mae Young, et ux to S. S. Preston and
<br />wife dated October 29, 1946, and recorded in Volume 300, Page 613 of the Deed
<br />Records of Lamar County, Texas, and being number 1270 18th Street N.W.
<br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed
<br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
<br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this
<br />ordinance.
<br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty
<br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each
<br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and
<br />be deemed a separate offense.
