Shawn Napier, P.E. <br /> City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: May 6, 2002 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Amherst Court Final Plat <br /> <br />I have reviewed the plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies with <br />the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions. <br /> <br /> 1. Owner must sign the plat. <br /> 2. Add a utility easement to the existing 10' common area & drainage easement <br /> between lots 10 and 11.
