Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />April 1, 2002 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />There was no one to speak in favor of or in opposition to the petition. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on a recommendation regarding the <br />proposed amendment to the Future Land Use Map of the City of Paris <br />Master Comprehensive Plan from' Moderate Density Residential to <br />Retail Commercial on Lot 2, City Block 317-A, being the 4100 Block of <br />Pine Mill Road. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers and seconded by <br />Cleveland Thomas. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of Mable Maxine Cooper for a <br />change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling (2F) District to a <br />Multiple-Family Dwelling No. 1 (MF-1) District, Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, <br />Pine Bluff Addition, being the 1400 Block of East Price Street. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />Sam Cooper and Maxine Cooper spoke in favor of the petition stating <br />they would like to build efficiency apartments, they stated there were <br />other apartments in the area. A site plan was presented to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission for review. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition ofMable Maxine Cooper for <br />a change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling (2F) District to. a <br />Multiple-Family Dwelling No. 1 (MF-1) District, Lots 8 and 9, Blockl, <br />Pine Bluff Addition, being the 1400 Block of East Price Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
