Amending Chapter 17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris to <br />reference Code Inspectors therein, and amending Chapter 19 of the <br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris to reference Code Inspectors <br />therein. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br />A. Expressing official intent to reimburse costs of City acquisition and <br />improvements for the UARCO building which will be converted to a law <br />enforcement center for police, court, and jail facilities. <br />B. Approving and authorizing execution of a Real Estate Purchase <br />Agreement with Leggett & PIatURodgers Wade for the purchase of the <br />old UARCO building as the proposed site of a new law enforcement <br />center for police, court, and jail facilities. <br />C. Approving and authorizing execution of an Agreement with Brinkley <br />Sargent Architects to provide architectural services for conversion o1 <br />the UARCO building to a new law enforcement center for police, court, <br />and jail facilities. <br />D. Approving and authorizing the execution of a Federal Equitable Sharing <br />Agreement by and among the Federal government, the City of Paris, <br />and the Regional Controlled Substance Apprehension Program. <br />E. Ratifying the execution of a Grantee Supplemental Acceptance Notice <br />for a Texas Narcotics Control Program Grant for the Regional <br />Controlled Substance Apprehension Program for the year beginning <br />June 1, 2001; and ending May 31, 2002. <br />F. Ratifying an application to the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention <br />Authority for an Automobile Theft Prevention Grant. <br />G. Approving an application to the Telecommunications Infrastructure <br />Fund Board for a Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund (TIF) grant. <br />H. Accepting the proposal of R.I.M. Enterprises, Inc. for administrative/ <br />management consulting services in the provision of acquisition, <br />demolition, and construction funded underthe Young v. Martinez Grant. <br />
