White Space it <br />Single Serve Juice — Alurninum Can <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR <br />CITY OF PARIS <br />The City of� Paris, Te�:as, has executed and delivered a Tax Abatement Agreement {the <br />"Agreement") dated February 25, 2013, with CAMPBELL SOUP SUPPLY CUMPANY LLC, a <br />Iimited liability company {the "Company"), for certain improvements and other equipment (the <br />"Improvements"} to be installed at the Company's plant located in Paris, Lamar County, Texas, <br />as described in the Agreement, which plant is located within an ENTERl'RISE ZONE <br />established by the United States Census in 20I0. <br />The Company l�as coinplied with all of the terms of the Agreement, and the City of Paris <br />herein verifies #hat the Improvements agreed to be built, instaIled and used have in fact been <br />completed as provided for in the Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, tl�e City of Paris authorizes that the Property of the Company, as <br />described in the Agreement and in Exhibits A and B attached to the AgreemenL, shall receive a <br />tax abatement of 100% of tl�e taxes assessed upon the increased value of the Improvemeilts so <br />installed, over the value in which the property was last determined as of January I, 2013, for a <br />divation of seven (7) years, with the taa� abatement for the Improvements beginxiing January 1, <br />2014. <br />APPROVED this day of , 20 <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Janice Ellis, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Kent McIlyar, City Attorney <br />115 <br />
