Call volume averaged 20.85 calls per day during this <br />time period with a peak volume day of 41 calls. <br />Debits increased by $317,546 or 31.2%. The revenue projection <br />amount is an estimate based historical information of call volume and types of <br />payment sources. <br />Ex enses Maintenance/O erations are 5.4% above ro'ections <br />Expenses associated with Maintenance/Operations were $87,501 or 5.4% above <br />budget projections for the time period of October 01, 2001 thru March 31, 2002. <br />This is primarily because of increased personnel cost associated with workers <br />comp and overtime expenses as a result injuries and iliness.
