In section 21-59, the ordinance requires a review of the ordinance as to the <br />effect of the ordinance on the community and the problems it was to remedy, conduct public <br />hearings on the need to continue the article, and finally abolish, continue, or modify the article <br />every three years. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: Records indicate that the ordinance is having the desired effect by curbing <br />juvenile involved criminal activity.
