We maintain cunent involvement with water utility <br />associations and state and federal regulatory agencies allowing us to accurately <br />idenfify and forecast changes in upcoming regulations, as well as the implementation <br />of new regulations. <br />• Optimization and Treatability Laboratory <br />Freese and Nichols is one of a very few firms that maintains an in-house water <br />treatrnent laboratory capable of conducting chemical optimization, treatability <br />testing, settling testing and a variety of other specialty testing. Freese and Nichols is <br />the only consuttant who conducts real-time tracer studies for CT compliance. <br />This capability allows Freese and Nichols to have the analytical equipment to <br />accurately access and predict specific plant performance objectives from chemical <br />optimizafion through the newest technology innovations. <br />We are eager and enthusiastic regazding the opportunity of working <br />with the City of Pazis on this important assignment and in establishing <br />a long-term relationship. <br />Inno 'iwaAppioach":_.
