Water Treaiment Plant Produdion Study <br />Following World War 1, Major Hawley retumed to Fort Worth and resumed <br />his engineering practice in 1919. One of his first notable posiwar pmjects was <br />to study and report on a new $1 million municipal water supply for the City <br />of Paris. <br />"After months of collecting and examining rainfall records and other data, <br />Hawley recommended a dam and reservoir on Pine Creek to impound a <br />surface water supply of 3.9 billion gallons (12,000 acre-feet), enough to meet <br />the needs of the present and for a generation to come." - A Century in the <br />Works <br />FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC.
