Construction was scheduled to keep one plant <br />online at all fimes. <br />~ Design of improvements to the chlorine and ammonia treatment building and <br />backwash facilities. <br />6 Safe Drinking WaterAct Evaluations <br />41 Alternatives to meeting Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule <br />6 Capacity upgrading <br />6 Alterations to meet Long Term Enhanced Surface Water Treatment and <br />Filter Backwash Rules <br />In 2000 Freese and Nichols assisted the City in planning and designing major <br />improvements to the 80 MGD North Holly plant for compliance with the new <br />Safe Drinking Water Act regulations.
