SLOAN, P.E. <br />Mr. Sloan will be the technical director for FN[ for this assignment with <br />responsibility for the evaluation of existing facilities and the evalution of the <br />improvements. Mr. Sloan has served as project engineer and project <br />manager for numerous water treatrnent facilities in Texas and has over 18 <br />years of experience in water treatrnent design including numerous large- and <br />small-scale filter expansions and renovations. <br />6 CAPACITY ANALYSIS, RANDAL D. ROMACK, P.E. <br />Mr. Romack is an experienced water engineer with over 13 years of <br />experience in the design and conshuction of water treatrnent facilities. He <br />has served in management and design capacities on numerous municipal <br />and federal water and wastewater treatrnent plant projects. <br />6 COST ESTIMATING, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AND <br />CONSTRUCTABILIIY, IAwRENCE P. ECKERSLEY, P.E., CCCA <br />Mr. Eckersley will be responsible for consiructabitiiy issues and constntction <br />phase services for FNI. He has been involved in the construction of <br />numerous water and wastewater treatment facilities in Texas, including <br />providing construction engineering services for the Kubala and Pierce-Burch <br />Water Treatrnent Plant Improvement projects for the Ciiy of Arlington. <br />Detailed resumes are located in Resume Section. <br />Although Freese and Nichols has a healthy backlog of work at this time, the <br />individuals proposed for this project have significant time available to perform the <br />necessary work and meet the City of Paris' needs. Because of the prioriiy of this iype <br />of assignment to Freese and Nichols, we will adjust the schedules of the project team <br />to aliow them to be available to the City for this important assignment.
