Water Treatment Plant Produdion Study <br />professionals, led by Lany Eckersley, will evaluate the constructabiliiy and prepare <br />cost estimates for any proposed improvements resulflng from this study. Our <br />experience and up to date knowledge of water treatment costs will help the City in <br />the evaluation of altematives considered during this project phase and detennine <br />how to resolve any construction issues that may arise. <br />PRIORITIZATION & SCHEDULING OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />The team will prioritize any necessary improvements and provide the City with a <br />"Master Plan" of scheduled improvements. The prioritization will be based on <br />meeting cunent and future regulations, capacity requirements and maintenance <br />requirements as well as costs and availabilities of funds. <br />PLANT PRODUCTION EVALUATION REPORT - <br />Compiling the conclusions and recommendations, which result from completing each <br />task, will complete the final report. The major elements of the report will include: <br />6 Plant data, design criteria pertinent regulations <br />6 Summary of the planYs safe <br />production capacity analysis <br />♦ Quanfity and sustainability of source <br />waters <br />6 Potable and industrial water demand <br />projections <br />6 Recommendations for optimizing <br />production capacity of the water <br />heatment plant <br />~ Sludge generation and disposal <br />~ Funding sources and assistance (if <br />required) <br />~ Summary of future improvements <br />necessary to meet expansion or <br />regulatory requirements <br />ob Master planning and prioritization of necessacy improvements <br />6 Anticipated project costs <br />hInovcti,~e ;pf,roaches, ' o' uit <br />1'R6f5F-NICHOlS <br />
