MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />Tuesday, Apri123, 2002 <br />6:30 PM <br />1. The Airport Advisory Board Meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Victor Abeles at 6:30 P.M. <br />A. <br />B. <br />C. <br />The following members were present: <br />Victor Abeles J.W. Ashmore <br />Andrew Faskin <br />Don Morrell <br />J. B. Richey <br />Rod Kosterman <br />James Proctor <br />Vic Ressler <br />Member absent: Eric Clifford <br />Also in attendance were: <br />Tommy Haynes, Airport Director <br />Jim Collier, Airport Manager <br />Jerry Richey, FBO Manager <br />IL Chairman Abeles welcomes Don Morrell and Andrew Faskin as new <br />members to the Airport Advisory Board. <br />IIL The Minutes of the March 19, 2002, meeting had been distributed to <br />the directors with the agenda for this meeting. A motion was made by <br />James Proctor, seconded by J.B. Richey and unanimously approved <br />to accept the minutes as presented. <br />IV. Status of the 8" Water Line Project: <br />Mr. Haynes reported that the project was basically completed. There <br />is still clean up work to be done by the Contractor. A discussion was <br />held regarding the water hydrants. Vic Ressler suggested that we <br />move the water hydrant that is located south of the fuel farm and run <br />a line, east near the tarmac, to be used to wash airplanes. <br />IV.
