COMIVERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br />presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (217), and that the boundaries of <br />said COMIVERCIAL DISTRICT (C) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey Abstract #473, being a part <br />of the Warren Addition by Plat recorded in Volume 70, Page 367 of the Lamar <br />County Deed Records, and being Lot 13, Block 1 of the Warren Addition as shown <br />by Plat in Envelope 351-B of the Lamar County Plat Records; said lot being the tract <br />of land conveyed to Gary Nash by deed recorded in Volume 624, Page 316 of the <br />Lamar County Real Property Records, Lots 11 and 12 as conveyed to James Wright <br />and wife, Lynn Wright, by deed recorded in Volume 711, Page 80 of the Lamar <br />County Deed Records, Lot 25 as conveyed to Leroy Ricks by deed recorded in <br />Volume 893, Page 257 of the Lamar County Real Property Records, and Lot 26 as <br />conveyed to Kathy Bea McDonald by deed recorded in Volume 1156, Page 324 of <br />the Lamar County Deed Records; also being a part of an abandoned alley as conveyed <br />to Gary Nash by deed recorded in Volume 113 5, Page 281 of the Lamar County Real <br />Property Records, James and Lynn Wright as recorded in Volume 113 5, Page 283 of <br />the Lamar County Real Property Records, Leroy Ricks as recorded in Volume 1182, <br />Page 321 of the Lamar County Real Property Records, and Kathleen Draper as <br />recorded in Volume 1182, Page 323 ofthe Lamar County Real Property Records; and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron pin found for corner at the intersection of the <br />south line of Maple Avenue with the east line of 19th Street N. W., said pin being the <br />northwest corner of the said Nash tract and being the northwest corner of the original <br />City Block 200; <br />THENCENorth 88°38'35" East along said Maple Avenue a distance of 85.01 <br />feet to the 3/8 inch iron pin found for corner in a fence on the south side of a metal <br />fence corner post, said pin being the northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to <br />Sandi Shonebarger by deed recorded in Volume 362, Page 87 of the Lamar County <br />Deed Records, said pin also being the northwest corner of said lot 28; <br />THENCE South 0°33'35" East along a metal fence a distance of 80.83 feet to <br />a metal fence corner post found for corner; <br />THENCE South 89°43' 14" East a distance of 65.83 feet to a metal rod found <br />for corner in a fence; <br />THENCE South 0°21' 17" West a distance of 9.95 feet to a 3/8 inch iron pin <br />found for corner; <br />THENCE South 89°47'S5" East a distance of 54.22 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin <br />found for corner at a fence corner, said pin also being in the east line of Lot 27 and <br />the west line of Lot 26 as conveyed to said Kathy Bea McDonald; <br />THENCE North 0°22'S0" West a distance of 94.72 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin <br />set for corner in the south line of said Maple Avenue, said pin being the northwest <br />corner of said Lot 26; <br />THENCE North 89°54'23" East, passing a 1/2 inch iron pin set at 64.82 feet, <br />continuing in all a distance of 119.82 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin set for corner, being <br />the northeast corner of said Lot 25 and the northwest corner of Lot 24 as conveyed <br />to John David Lofton by deed recorded in Volume 890, Page 132 of the Lamar <br />County Real Property Records; <br />
