MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />S. Shawn Napier, P.E. <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: June 3, 2002 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Red River Business Park <br /> <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions and/or additions. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The drainage and Utility easement on lot 6 should be 15 feet wide. <br />The existing utilities should be as shown on the attached sheet. The proposed <br />utilities should be redrawn per the existing utilities. <br />Provide a drainage plan for each lot showing how they will be drained. Show all <br />proposed structures and drainage-ways. <br />Right-Of-Way should be dedicated at the Northeast comer of lot 5. The new <br />ROW line shall be 10.5 feet behind the curb. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC; <br /> <br />Michael E.
