THIS AREA HAS NEEDED MORE <br />STORES TO SERVE THE WEST PARIS AREA AND I WOULD <br />RECOMMEND APPROVAL. <br /> <br />BRIAN FLOWERS IS REQUESTING NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE ZONING <br />ON THIS LOT LOCATED AT 2504 EAST CHERRY. MR. FLOWERS PLANS <br />TO MAKE THIS HOME A BEAUTY PARLOR. THIS PROPERTY WAS <br />FORMERLY A DAY CARE CENTER AND I WOULD RECOMMEND <br />APPROVAL. <br /> <br />EARL POSEY IS REQUESTING A ZONING CHANGE TO (2F), TWO <br />FAMILY ON THESE TWO LOTS LOCATED IN THE 500 BLOCK OF 24TM. <br />N.W. STREET. MR. POSEY PLANS TO BUILD A DUPLEX THERE AND IF <br />IT GOES WELL PLANS TO BUILD MORE IN THE FUTURE. IF THERE <br />WERE NO OPPOSITION I WOULD RECOMMEND APPROVAL, AS THIS <br />AREA HAS NOT SEEN ANY DEVELOPMENT IN QUITE SOME TIME. <br /> <br />IdEANN SARTOR IS REQUESTING A SPECIFIC USI3.PERMIT NO. (3) <br />AUTO LAUNDRY ON THIS PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2926 LAMAR. <br />MS. SARTOR PLANS TO BUILD A CAR WASH THERE. THIS PROPERTY <br />HAS BEEN VACANT FOR MANY YEARS AND IS A PRIME LOCATION <br />FOR DEVELOPMENT. THERE ARE NUMEROUS CAR WASHES IN THE <br />AREA AND I WOULD RECOMMEND APPROVAL. <br /> <br />A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE TO CLOSE THE ALLEY BETWEEN <br />BONHAM STREET AND WEST KAUFMAN STREET BEGINNING AT THE <br />WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF 18TM.
