Planning and Zoning Meeting <br />May ?, 2002 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />Tammie Green spoke in favor of the petition stating the city just re- <br />zoned the lot next door for a manufactured home and they would like <br />to do the same on this lot. The lot will be owned by Quality <br />Manufactured Homes. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of an'd action, on the petition of Tammie Green for a <br />change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling (2F) District to a One- <br />Family Dwelling No. 3 (SF-3) District With Specific Use Permit (39) <br />Manufactured Home, Pt. of Lot 4, Block 1, Locust Hill Addition, being <br />number 1106 3rd SW. <br /> <br />Motion was made to apl~rove by Eddl'e Vincent and seconded by Bill <br />Coleman. Motion carried by a'vote of 5 ayes and 1 nay. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of Andrew Krayniak for a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling No. 3 (SF-3) District to <br />a. One-Family Dwelling No,..3 (SF-3) District With Specific U~e Permit <br />("39) Manufactured Home, Lot 9, Block 1, of the Few Addition, being <br />number 1270 18~ Street NW. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />Andrew Krayniak, 3740 Pine Mill, spoke in favor of the petition stating <br />that he wants to move a home there for his permanent residence. Water <br />and sewer already exists on the property. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of Andrew Krayniak for-a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling No. 3 (SF-3) District to <br />a One-Family Dwelling No. 3 (SF-3) District With Specific Use Permit <br /> <br /> <br />
