Towers, Attorney-in-Fact for Frances C. Miller, being Lots 21,22, and part of Lot 23, Block 1, Gibbons Park Addition, being located at 845 and 855 E. Polk Street. Convene in executive session pursuant to Section 551.071(1) of the Texas Government Code, consultation with attorney regarding pending or possible litigation, and Section 551.071(2), on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551, to receive advice of legal counsel pertaining to a petition filed pursuant to Section 141.034 of the Texas Local Government Code to increase the minimum salary of members of the Paris Fire Department. 21. Appointing a City Council subcommittee to act on the City Council's behalf in negotiations with a committee of petitioners designated in a petition filed pursuant to Section 141.034 of the Texas Local Government Code to increase the minimum salary of members of the Paris Fire Department.
