Resolution No. 2002-107, reappointing James Brunette and Edmond Castleberry as members of the Band Commission of the City of Paris for terms of two years beginning July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2004, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, for adoption of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Resolution No. 2002-108, reappointing Nancee Salzman, Anna Davis, and Walter Williams to serve as members of the Library Advisory Board of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July l, 2002, and ending June 30, 2005, was presented. A motion was made by Councilwoman Neeley, seconded by Councilman Weekly, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Resolution No. 2002-109, appointing Ed Seidle, George Kimbrough, and Caroline Cleere to serve as members of the Traffic Commission of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July l, 2002, and ending June 30, 2005, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Resolution No. 2002-110, reappointing Donald Wall and appointing Richard L. Severson to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the Paris Economic Development Corporation for terms of three (3) years, beginning July 20, 2002, and ending July 19, 2005, was presented.
