City Council Meeting <br />June 10, 2002 <br />Page 5 <br />appointed to serve as an alternate member of the Board of Adjustment of the <br />City of Paris for terms of two years, was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, for approval of <br />the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2002-107, reappointing James Brunette and Edmond <br />Castleberry as members of the Band Commission of the City of Paris for terms <br />of two years beginning July 1, 2002, and ending June 30, 2004, was presented. <br />A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem <br />Manning, for adoption of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2002-108, reappointing Nancee Salzman, Anna Davis, and <br />Walter Williams to serve as members of the Library Advisory Board of the City <br />of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July l, 2002, and ending June <br />30, 2005, was presented. A motion was made by Councilwoman Neeley, <br />seconded by Councilman Weekly, for approval of the resolution. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2002-109, appointing Ed Seidle, George Kimbrough, and <br />Caroline Cleere to serve as members of the Traffic Commission of the City of <br />Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning July l, 2002, and ending June 30, <br />2005, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by <br />Councilman Plata, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2002-110, reappointing Donald Wall and appointing Richard <br />L. Severson to serve as members of the Board of Directors of the Paris <br />Economic Development Corporation for terms of three (3) years, beginning <br />July 20, 2002, and ending July 19, 2005, was presented. A motion was made <br />by Councilman Neeley, seconded by Councilman McCarthy, for approval ofthe <br />resolution.
