DRAFT <br /> <br />J:XAttorneyXALICE\ORDWORK\CURRENT\Cooper Site Plan 7-8-02.wpd <br /> July 3, 2002 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT-COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT UNIT (PD-6), <br />PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-016, FOR LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1, PINE BLUFF <br />ADDITION; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED <br />TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF <br />ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2002-016, adopted April 4, 2002, establishing a Planned Development District- <br />Community Development Unit (PD-6) on Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, Pine Bluff Addition, as <br />described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said Planned <br />Development District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lots 8 and 9, Block 1, Pine <br />Bluff Addition, located in the 1400 block of E. Price Street, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, <br />and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only. <br /> <br />Section 4.
