PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1, PINE BLUFF ADDITION, on property belonging to MABLE MAXINE COOPER, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT - COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PD-b) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, being Lots 8 and 9, Block 1 of the Pine Bluff Place Addition, according to plat of such addition recorded in Volume 1, Page 12, Lamar County Plat Records, being the same property described in deed from Dick Wright to Rufus Harp dated May 23, 1983, recorded in Volume 657, Page 624, Lam_ar County Deed Records, reference being made to all the above-mentioned instruments and records for all necessary purposes, and being more particularly described as follows: Lot 8: BEGINNING at the southeast comer of Lot 8, Block I of the Pine Bluff Addition; THENCE North a distance of 115 feet to the northeast comer of said Lot; THENCE West a distance of 63 feet to the northwest comer of said lot; THENCE South a distance of 115 feet to the southwest comer of said lot; THENCE East a distance of 63 feet to the place of beginning, being located in the 1400 block of E. Price Street. BEGINNING at the southwest comer of Lot 9, Block 1 of the Pine Bluff Addition; :' THENCE North a distance of 115 feet to the northwest comer of said lot; THENCE East a distance of 50 feet to the northeast comer of said lot; THENCE South a distance of 115 feet to the southeast comer of said lot¢ THENCE West a distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning, bein~ located in the 1400 block of E. Price Street. Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of · Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-eanmerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
