DRAFT <br />J:\Attorney\Lisa\Ordinances\CiJRRENT\CiTy Limit Map - 07-02.wpd <br />July 2, 2002 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, ADOPTING AN OFFICIAL CITY LIMITS MAP; MAKING <br />OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the l lth day of March, <br />2002, by Ordinance No. 2002-013, adopt an Official City Limits Map; and, <br />WHEREAS, such map is in need of revision; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, <br />TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all things <br />approved. <br />Section 2. That the map attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, adopted <br />as the Official City Limits Map of the City of Paris. <br />Section 3. That this map shall replace previous City Limits Maps. <br />Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br />Section 5. That this ordinance shall be effective from and after the date of passage. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2002. <br />Michael J.
