Dinision li <br />Equipment, <br />RENNEI,S IN "DOG RIIN" #113 CONT'D: Panels for the kennels <br />are to have 2' high, hot dip galvanized slotted welded wire <br />panels that are inserted into the top of the frame. <br />Provide the 4' high Acrylic PVC bottom isolation panels. <br />The Back panels are solid 6' high. The panels come in <br />colors to be selected by the Architect. Side panels are <br />pre-sloped ;x" per foot and are sealed to prevent cross- <br />contamination. Side panels for concrete floors utilize an <br />adjustable drop bar on the bottom to help correct for most <br />£loor slope imperfections. <br />TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Frame is constructed of 1" x 1" <br />.065 steel tubing. Upper section of panel is constructed <br />of 1-1/2" x 3-1/2"'7 gauge slotted welded wire welded on <br />1-1/2" x 3-1/2" centers. Hot dipped galvanized after <br />fabrication.Double kennel isolation panel is constructed <br />of 2 sheets of 4' high acrylic PVC. A 1" foam is <br />sandwiched between the two sheets of acrylic PVC. The PVC <br />is attached and sealed to frame using aluminum rivets and <br />adhesive. Side panels on Single or pouble Kennels may <br />include an optional side transfer (guillotine) door. The <br />Quad and Double Decker Kennels have an additional optional <br />top side transfer (guillotine) door. <br />IMNNELS IN "DOG QUARANTINE ROOM #12111: 8 in-all shall be <br />the same as kennels in "DOG RUN #113" with the following <br />exceptions: <br />All panels between units shall be insulated <br />acrylic PVC from floor to 61-0" high. All floors in kennel <br />pens shall be raised. All pens shall have wire top cover <br />panels. Connect pen drains to drains in floors. <br />Floora: Brace floor frame is constructed of 1" x 2" .065 <br />heavy duty hot dip galvanized steel tubinq and Acrylic PVC. <br />1" x 1" .065 steel tube center supports are welded <br />approximately every 6" to ensure stability and support. <br />Pre-slope the floors W per foot to drainage. Brace frame <br />construction with 1" x 2" (.065" thick) steel tubing, hot <br />dip galvanized after fabrication. Series of 1" x 1" .065" <br />thick steel tube cross-members welded approx. every 6" to <br />floor frame. Flooring material is sheet acrylic PVC. <br />(.187" thick), attached to floor frame with adhesive. <br />59 <br />
