Dioision 1 <br />General Reqai=ements <br />CONSTRUCTION PERIOD: The Contractor shall state in his bid <br />the number of calendar days required to complete the work <br />of this contract. This time period will be made part of the <br />contract and assumes the Contractor's ability to secure <br />materials, equipment, and labor on time and his diligent <br />prosecution of the work. If work is delayed for reasons <br />beyond the Contractor's contr~he Architecteasomentionedlin <br />be extended when approved by <br />Article 8 of the A.I.A. General Requirements and as <br />hereinafter described.
