Public hearing and considei°ation of and action on the petition of Whitehouse Properties to <br />grant a variance of Zoning Ordinance 1710, (a) Section 9-500 which provides that the <br />"minimum front yard in a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) be no less than 25 feet" ana' <br />(b) Section 9-602(S) which provides that "a corner lot used for one family or two family <br />dwellings both street exposures shall be treated as front yards on all lots platted after the <br />effective date of this ordinance " to allow a minimum side yard of 15.8 feet, which is a 9.2 <br />foot variance, on Lot 1 S, City Block 255-A, being number 262 25`h Street N.
