S. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block D, Hilltop <br />Subdivision #2, located in the 400 Block of 25`" Street N.E. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Jerry Akers, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City <br />Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5-0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block D, Hilltop <br />Subdivision # 2, Located in the 400 Block of 25`h Street N.E. <br />Shawn Napier stated that Barney Bray has submitted a letter waving his 30-day period to <br />resolve the issues with the final plat. Mr. Napier further stated the final plat will be moved <br />to a future date pending the Board of Adjustments meeting. Motion was made by Keith <br />Flowers, seconded by Mike Folmar to table the final plat. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Robinson Addition, <br />CB 79, located in the 200 Block of West Provine Street. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Keith Flowers, seconded by Mike Folmar to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the <br />City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, BlockA, Liberry National <br />Bank Addition, located in the 400 Block of East Houston Street. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Mike Folmar, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the City <br />Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5-0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Liberry National Bank <br />Addition, located in the 400 Block of East Houston Street. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by James <br />Price, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's <br />recommendations. Motion carried 5-0. <br />10. Discussion regarding the planning and zoning program for the proposed Lake Crook <br />Planned Development District. <br />Alan Efrussy, Planning Manager, stated he wanted to thank Shawn Napier, Director of <br />Engineering, Planning and Development; Shane Grissom, Engineering Technician; Justin <br />Oliver, GIS Technician; and John Godwin, City Manager. Mr. Efrussy further stated the <br />reason that this issue has been brought to the Planning and Zoning Commission is because <br />this is a major document and it's a zoning case. Mr. Efrussy further stated there are three <br />components that he wants to discuss. <br />11 <br />
