Status of proposed Cox Field Brochure: <br />Mr. Haynes reported that the final corrections have been made to the <br />brochure. The computer that is required to produce the disk is being <br />repaired. The disk is needed by the printer to produce the brochure. The <br />Chamber of Commerce has agreed to pay the cost of the brochures and the <br />order will be for 5,000 brochures. <br />VL Present to the Board the portrait of Charles Mac Cox: <br />Mr. Ashmore presented the portrait of Charles Mac Cox. We are having <br />a plaque prepared that will go under the portrait that gives the information <br />about Charles Mac Cox. Mr. Ashmore will contact Dr. Hayden to give a <br />talk at the unveiling of the portrait. <br />It was suggested by Vic Ressler that we contact The Paris News in advance <br />of the ceremony to invite the public and give a history of the airport. <br />A date will be set in the near future and the board will be notified. <br />VIL Recommended future agenda items by the Airport Advisory Board: <br />None were recommended. <br />VIIL The meeting adjourned at 6:55 P.M. <br />Thomas E.
