Closed session pursuant to Section 551.071(1) of the Texas <br />Government Code, consultation with attorney regarding pending or <br />possible litigation, and Section 551.071(2), on a matter in which the <br />duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas <br />Disciplinary Rules of Professionai Conduct of the State Bar of Texas <br />clearly conflicts with Chapter 551. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: <br />A. Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by revising <br />Section 2-98 thereof, providing for an increase in certain emergency <br />and non-emergency ambulance service rates. <br />B. Authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to B&B <br />Equipment Company for the purpose of engaging in the business of <br />collecting or transporting solid waste from commercial and industrial <br />units within the city limits of the city of Paris, Texas, and finding a <br />public necessity and convenience for issuance of said permit. <br />C. Authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to Glenn <br />and Debi Bolyard, dba Trashy Business, forthe purpose of engaging in <br />the business of collecting or transporting solid waste from commercial <br />and industrial units within the city limits of the city of Paris, Texas, and <br />finding a public necessity and convenience for issuance of said permit. <br />D. Authorizing the issuance of a solid waste collection permit to Southern <br />Disposal, inc. for the purpose of engaging in the business of collecting <br />ortransporting solid wastefrom commercial and industrial units within <br />_ the city limits of the city of Paris, Texas, and finding a public necessity <br />and convenience for issuance of said permit. <br />E. Adopting, on second reading, an amendment to the existing electric <br />franchise between the City and Oncor Electric Delivery Company to <br />implement the agreements reached in that cause styled City of Denton, <br />et al. vs. TXU Electric, et al. <br />F. Adopting, on second reading, an amendment to the existing gas <br />franchise between the City and TXU Gas Company to implement the <br />agreements reached in that cause styled City of Denton, et al. vs. TXU <br />Electric, et al. <br />
