The City <br />Council has established a policy of allowing up to two minutes for presentations <br />under this item. <br />The City Council meeting will begin promptly at6:00 p.m. The Personal Appearance <br />Section is the fourth item on the agenda so you shouid be through by 6:20 p.m.. <br />When your item is introduced, you will be asked to come forward to the podium and <br />state your name and address for the record and then proceed with your presentation <br />which you should limit to two minutes. <br />Since your request involves a requestfor money, you may wantto appear during the <br />200212003 Budget public hearings that will be held in August. The dates for these <br />meetings have not been set but they will probably be set around August 13.
