They are proposing to plat the current lot <br />into three. The property is currently zoned Planned Development District (PD) d& f. In the <br />Planned Development District (PD), d allows for a medical center and hospital, while f allows <br />for an office center. The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday June 6`" to act <br />on the final plat. <br />STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners are developing the lots to sell. A fire hydrant will need to be <br />added to cover the proposed lot, all other utilities are in place. <br />BUDGET: N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat. <br />�J <br />
