Eghibit A <br />Continuing Disclosure Information <br />The following information is referred to in Section 16(a) of this Ordinance: <br />Annual Financial Statements and Operating Data <br />The financial information and operating data with respect to the Issuer to be provided annually in <br />accordance with such Section are as specified (and included in the Appendices of the Official <br />Statement referred to) below: <br />The quantitative financial information and operating data pertaining to the Issuer of the general type <br />included in Tables numbered 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 15, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of Appendix A and in <br />Appendix D to the Official Statement. <br />The financial statements of the Issuer that will be provided will be unaudited, unless an audit is <br />performed, in which event the audited financial statements will be made available. <br />Accounting Principles <br />The accounting principles refened to in such Section are the accounting principles described in the <br />notes to the financial statements that are attached to the Official Statement as Appendix C, or such <br />other accounting principles as the Issuer may be required to employ from time to time pursuant to <br />state law or regulation. <br />A-1 <br />
