COMIVERCIAL DISTRICT (C) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK <br />318, on property belonging to MONTE MOORE, so as to include in such COMMIERCIAL <br />DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated <br />as an AGRICLTLTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said COMIVERCIAL <br />DISTRICT (C) be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br />SITUATED within the corporate limits ofthe City ofParis, County ofLamar, <br />and State of Texas, being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract 524, also being <br />part of a tract of land conveyed to Monte Moore and wife, Stephanie Moore, <br />recorded in Volume 965, Page 203, of the Lamar County Real Property records, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the south boundary line of Center Street at the <br />northwest corner of said Moore tract; <br />THENCE South 89° 01' 20" East with said south boundary line a distance of <br />549.48 feet to a point for corner; <br />THENCE South 01° 28' 33" West a distance of 90.50 feet to a point for <br />corner; <br />THENCE North 88° 39' 56" West a distance of 548.36 feet to a point for <br />corner; <br />THENCE North 00° 45' 09" East a distance of 87.08 feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 1.12 acres ofland, being located in the 3300 block of Center <br />Street. <br />Section 3. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed <br />to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this <br />ordinance. <br />Section 4. That any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shallbe fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each <br />and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and <br />be deemed a separate offense. <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br />repealed. <br />Section 6. That this ordinance shall become effective October 1, 2002. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session on this <br />the Sth day of September, 2002. <br />Michael J.
