Chairman <br />B. Vice - Chairman <br />C. Secretary <br />3. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (May 7, 2013) <br />4. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition Victron Stores, LP to grant a <br />variance of Section 28 -8(h) of the Sign Ordinance which provides that "total sign face area <br />of all permanent signs combined on one property, including ground signs, pole signs, <br />attached signs, etc. shall not exceed one (1) square foot per front foot of property line, or <br />maximum of the three hundred (300) square feet, at any time," to allow a 7 square foot <br />variance over the maximum allowable signage, on Lot 4, being located in the 3000 Block <br />of N.E. loop 286. The petition also requested a variance of Section 28 -9(n) of the Sign <br />Ordinance which provides that "Off- premises signs. No person shall place or maintain any <br />or maintain any off - premises sign other than a billboard as regulated herein," to allow the <br />car wash changeable panel to be located in the Exxon pylon sign as an off premise sign, on <br />Lot 4, being located in the 3000 Block of N.E. loop 286. <br />5. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the petition Tommy Bell (Paris <br />Chevrolet) to grant a variance of Section 28 -8(h) of the Sign Ordinance which provides <br />that "total sign face area of all permanent signs combined on one property, including <br />ground signs, pole signs, attached signs, etc. shall not exceed one (1) square foot per front <br />foot of property line, or maximum of the three hundred (300) square feet, at any time," to <br />allow a 65 square foot variance over the maximum allowable signage, on Lot 16, Block <br />251 being located in the 1915 North Main Street. <br />6.
