MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Shawn Napier, P.E. <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />October 1, 2002 <br /> <br />· SUBJECT: Final Plat of City Block 259, Lots 14 A through F <br /> <br />I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies <br />with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions. <br /> <br />Label the finished floor elevations on each lot. <br />The title block in the top left comer needs to show the total acreage to be divided <br />and 31st St. should be changed to 30th St. <br />The lots shall be numbered 14 and ordered using letters B through F accordingly <br />(i.e. 14B, 14C, etc.). All references in the field notes must be changed to match <br />the new lot designation. <br />In the field notes in paragraph five, change 30th N.W. to 30th N.E. <br />The sewer line shall be constructed prior to acceptance of the final plat or a <br />Guarantee of Construction shall be completed in the amount of $11,500.00 per <br />Ordinance No. 1315 Section XIII. Guarantee of Construction. <br />A one-year maintenance bond is required atler completion of all infrastructure <br />improvements per Ordinance No. 1315 Section IV (11) or Section XIII. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br />~~hawn'NaPi'er,~.E. <br /> City Engineer <br /> <br />CCi <br /> <br />Michael E.
