TI-IlS PETITION WAS <br />PRESENTED BACK IN JULY AND WAS TURNED DOWN. MS. SWINDLE <br />PLANS TO BUILD A BEAUTY SHOP THERE AND WOULD LIKE TO TRY <br />THIS PETITION AGAIN. THERE WAS SOME OPPOSITION TO THIS <br />CHANGE IN JULY AND I WOULD ASSUME THERE WILL BE SOME <br />MORE THIS MONTH. IF THERE WERE OPPOSITION I WOULD <br />RECOMMEND DENIAL OF THE PETITION. <br /> <br /> <br />
