It appears that the plat <br />complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or <br />additions. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />The engineer or surveyors name is needed on the preliminary plat. <br />A preliminary drainage plan is required, that shows proposed structures and <br />drainage-ways with acres by class to be drained for the preliminary plat and <br />master plat. <br />Show the building lines per the requested zoning. <br />A 10-foot utility easement is required along the West boundary line with U.S. 271 <br />Right-of-Way. <br />Add a note on both plats that the developer shall install all sewer and water <br />services. <br />Remove the lift station and associated force main on the master plat. Submit a <br />preliminary plan to gravity flow the sewer to the outfall line adjacent to Stillhouse <br />Creek. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />CCi <br /> <br />Michael E.
