MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P.E. <br /> City Engineer <br /> <br />DATE: September 26, 2002 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Primrose Phase II <br /> <br />I have reviewed the plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies with <br />the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions. <br /> <br /> 1. Provide a velum copy &the plat with all the necessary signatures. <br /> 2.
