Section 2. That the waiver of the City of Paris's eligibility to apply for a Juvenile <br />Accountability Incentive Block Grant and designating Lamar County as the recipient of the <br />allocated amount be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the form of the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant Waiver <br />of Application, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> <br /> Section 4. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to <br />execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, the Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grant <br />Waiver of Application, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. <br /> <br /> Section 5. That the City of Paris's participation in the Juvenile Crime Enforcement <br />Coalition created by Lamar County be, and the same is hereby, approved. <br /> <br /> Section 6. That the Chief of the Paris Police Department be, and he is hereby, appointed <br />to serve as the representative of the City of Paris on the Lamar County Juvenile Crime <br />Enforcement Coalition. <br /> <br />Section 7. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 1 lth day of November, 2002. <br /> <br />Michael J.
