MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P.E., City Engineer <br />DATE: November 1, 2002 <br />SUBJECT: The Hills Phase III Final Plat <br />I have reviewed the plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies with <br />the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions. <br />1. Owners must sign plat. <br />2. Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid and a$25.00 <br />filing fee. <br />3. Include "West" in the next to last call in the field notes, before the <br />distance (201.00). <br />4. Type out the full title on the easement between lots 5 and 6 on block E <br />(10' drainage and utility easement). <br />5. Add a 10' utility easement between lots 16 and 17 of block D. <br />6. Change the finished floor elevation on lot 8 of block E from 557.2 to <br />537.2 to match the grading and drainage plan. <br />7. Add "ROW" (Right-of-Way) to all the dimensions showing street Right- <br />of-Way. Add a width on Abby Lane just East of North Hills Drive. <br />8. Show the 5'utility easement around the ROW. <br />9. 3ubmit an As-Built Drawing to the Engineering Department. <br />10. Have the Utility Companies notify the City oF Paris Engineering <br />Department 72 hours prior to installing utilities at (903) 784-9234. <br />11. A certificate of Guazantee of workmanship and materials used in <br />construction and installation of water lines, sewer lines and streets for a <br />period of 1-year is required in accordance to The Code of Ordinance No. <br />1315, Section N, item 11. <br />I recommend approval of the plat upon completion of the above items. <br />Sincerely, <br />~ _ <br />awn Napi , P.E. <br />City Engineer <br />cc: Michael E.
