Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (July 1, 2013) <br />3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the Site Plan for Dave Eisele on Lot 1, <br />Block A, Pine Mill Medical Park, being located in the 2900 to 3000 Block of Pine Mill <br />Road. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Wayne Brown for a <br />change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. <br />3 (SF -3), for a 1.808 acre property, being located at the east end of the 4200 Block of <br />Sunrise Drive. <br />Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Lots 6 -13, Block A and Lots 5 -12, Block <br />B, Summerwood Estates Phase II, located at the east end of the 4200 Block of Sunrise <br />Drive. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Summerwood Estates Phase II, <br />located at the east end of the 4200 Block of Sunrise Drive. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Lot 1 -4, Block A, Paris SMPC Addition <br />322, located at the N.E. corner of Loop 286 and Stillhouse Road. <br />8.
