PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> CITY OF PARIS AND <br /> RURAL ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> REVOLVING LOAN PROGRAM <br /> <br />The City of Paris will hold a public hearing at 11:00 AM on December 18, 2002, at the City <br />Hall Annex to discuss the submission to the Rural Economic and Community Development <br />(RECD) agency, of two Revolving Loan Program (RLF) projects. The purpose of this meeting is <br />to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the proposed RECD-RLF loans to Charles' Smoke <br />House and F&F Tree Service. The first is a start-up bar-b-q restaurant with parking lot, the <br />second a new tree service. These businesses will create a total of 10 jobs. The City encourages <br />citizens to participate in the discussion of these projects and to make their views known at this <br />public hearing. Citizens unable to attend this meeting may submit their views and proposals to <br />Michael Malone, City Manager, at 150 First S.E. Street. The City Hall Annex is accessible to the <br />handicapped.
